Optional caller-owned preposted producer; no default cost.

Note

One serialized producer owns this control and the stream. Do not mix ordinary reserve/publish/abort with a live posted producer. Two hardware targets remain FILLING until detached. Publication is FIFO; rollback is LIFO to avoid consumer holes.
